We’ve talked about the fact that EPCOT is a delightful park for relaxing and hanging out. For some of us, shopping itself has a chill vibe. Wandering from store to store, admiring the apparel, collectibles, toys, and housewares can consume an entire day… or more!
Of the four theme parks at Walt Disney World, EPCOT really is the mother lode of awesomeness. Thanks to World Showcase, you’ll find merchandise representing dozens of cultures, but the park also has shops themed to the ocean, space, a fictional planet, and… a Figment of your imagination.
We could spend days admiring the shops at EPCOT, but you’ll probably want to zero in on the ones that fit your specific interests. Read on for a description of most of the stores in this stellar theme park.
Art of Disney
Located at The American Adventure in World Showcase, this shop features paintings, statues, limited-edition prints, cels, and items from the Disney Classics Collection. Serious Disney aficionados will definitely want to visit, even if it’s just to look and not buy.
Creations Shop
This large store is located in the front of the park at World Celebration. You will find just about everything here, from EPCOT-themed gear to cookware to pet costumes. There are handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, and totes. During holidays, you’ll find ornaments and home decor themed to the occasion. Minnie ears, t-shirts, spirit jerseys, and sweaters are plentiful. Other than World of Disney at Disney Springs, this is probably the best place to shop on the Disney campus if you’re looking for souvenirs of all prices.
The Crown & Crest
As you can probably guess from the name, this shop is located in the United Kingdom pavilion. Fans of the Rose & Crown restaurant and pub across the road will find t-shirts and other gear here, while fans of the Beatles will find knick-knacks and collectibles featuring the band. You can get your family coat of arms on a plaque or a UK crest on a mug. The VERY British slogan “Keep Calm and Carry On” is well represented on the merchandise here as well.
Das Kaufhaus
This shop features Germany-themed apparel, which probably gives you a pretty good indication of the pavilion where you can find it. There are ears, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, keychains, and ornaments. “Das Kaufhaus” means “department store” in German.
Disney Traders
This store is located at the entrance to the World Showcase if you are coming from the front of the park. If you turn left, you will be at Disney Traders. It offers some pretty basic merchandise, including pins, lanyards, MagicBands, Disney Princess items, and other souvenirs. Note that this shop looks identical to another one, Port of Entry, which is located to the RIGHT of the entrance to World Showcase.
El Ranchito del Norte
This kiosk sits across from the pyramid at the Mexico pavilion. Vendors here offer flags, maracas, Three Caballeros merchandise, and other gifts. This one reopened in August of 2025 after having been closed since 2020.
The Fjording
If you love Frozen, you’re going to be delighted the moment you enter The Fjording, which just happens to sit at the exit of Frozen Ever After in the Norway pavilion. This store has an abundance of Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven merchandise, but it’s just as good for high-quality winter attire from Helly Hansen, including coats, stocking caps, gloves, mittens, and backpacks. You’ll also see mythological Norse trolls. There’s a huge one in the store that is worthy of a photo opportunity!
Gateway Gifts
Located right beside Spaceship Earth, this small shop is a great place to get ear hat embroidery, a quick soda or bottled water, or other souvenirs on your way out of the park. We’ve found some nifty Monorail collectibles at this spot.
Glaskunst
Here’s another Germany pavilion store where you might see a glassblower working! You can purchase crystal items and glassware in this location, and they also offer engraving services to personalize your beer stein.
Good Fortune Gifts
Even though this is just a small kiosk in the China pavilion, Kim always takes note of it whenever we pass by because it has some terrific puppets on strings, making her nostalgic for one that she had as a child.
House of Good Fortune
On the other hand, this Good Fortune shop is like a mini-department store. Even if we don’t buy anything here, we love to stop by and look at the items on display. House of Good Fortune sells decorative fans, tea, clothing, pandas, stuffed animals, and other unique Chinese souvenirs.
Il Bel Cristallo
This shop in the Italy pavilion sells handbags, accessories, clothing, Murano glass, crystal, and porcelain figurines. You’ll also find La Gemma Elegante inside this store, a location where you can purchase a Venetian mask worthy of the finest ball!
ImageWorks
Figment fans, rejoice! This little gift shop at the exit from Journey Into Imagination with Figment has all kinds of cute plush items, ears, handbags, t-shirts, and more representing everyone’s favorite purple dragon. You’ll find some other characters here as well, but Figment is definitely (and deservedly) the star of the show.
Karamell-Küche
This shop is hosted in the Germany pavilion in partnership with Storck, the company behind Werther’s Original Caramels. Even if you don’t know German, between the name of the store and the sponsorship, I bet you get the picture. All of the creations here are made from caramel – and you can even watch as artisans make the yummy candies, cookies, and pies.
Kunstarbeit in Kristall
Also located in the Germany pavilion, this crystal and glassware shop has collectible figurines at prices ranging from $40 to $40,000. Yes, there is a $40,000 crystal Cinderella Castle in this store! Just be careful while you walk around.
La Bottega Italiana
This shop is pretty much your spot for Italian-themed merchandise and souvenirs. You can purchase wine and chocolate for eating and drinking, along with kitchenware and other decorative items.
La Princesa de Cristal
This crystal shop can be found inside the pyramid at the Mexico pavilion. It’s truly spectacular and almost intimidating with its beauty. The store offers Arribas Brothers cut crystal and glassware. Collectors will love the crystal Disney figurines and Princess tiaras. You can even watch the Master Artists work to create glass and crystal.
La Signature
When you’re at the France pavilion, you can pop into this shop to purchase fragrances and makeup from Guerlain, one of the oldest perfume, cosmetics, and skincare houses in the world. Makeup consultations are available, too.
La Tienda Encantada
After you enter the pyramid at the Mexico pavilion, you’ll find several opportunities to shop. This store offers authentic Mexican clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
L’Esprit de la Provence
This fresh-smelling shop in the France pavilion sells soaps, aprons, cookbooks, and kitchen gear.
Lords and Ladies
Continuing the tour of sweet-smelling stores, you’ll find this one in the United Kingdom pavilion. This one is truly all about the fragrances, as they sell perfumes, soap, body cream, and powders.
Mission: SPACE Cargo Bay
As far as exits to the gift shop go, this one’s pretty cute. You’ll find a life-sized Mickey Mouse astronaut and some cool Mars decor. There are a lot of space-themed items here, along with some merchandise themed directly to Mission: SPACE itself.
Mitsukoshi Department Store
This store is THE ONE as far as Kim is concerned. Sure, there are other great places to shop at Walt Disney World, but if she doesn’t get to visit Mitsukoshi within a day or so of arriving in Orlando, she starts to get twitchy.
You probably had no idea that Japan is home to the oldest department store in the world. The Mitsukoshi Department Store opened in Edo, Japan in 1673.
The EPCOT version is designed after that same store and has a wealth of Japanese merchandise. Kim loves exploring the Studio Ghibli items and the Sanrio toys. There’s also an entire section dedicated to Japanese candy, including their infamous flavored Kit Kats.
With regard to clothing, there are authentic kimonos, socks, shoes, and then t-shirts that represent different anime like One Piece and Naruto.
You’ll also find Sailor Moon, Godzilla, Pokemon, Nintendo, and Lucky Cat items.
The store also features the Pick a Pearl Tank, where guests can choose an oyster from a tank, and a Cast Member will then reveal the Akoya pearl inside. You can choose to customize that pearl by purchasing a jewelry setting for an additional fee.
Needless to say, you can tell by the length of this section that this store has so much to offer. Fans of Japanese culture will be delighted.
Northwest Mercantile
This Canada pavilion store sells NHL merchandise, maple syrup, clothing, plush toys, and snacks. The Trading Post is connected to this shop.
Plaza de los Amigos
Located right in the middle of the pyramid in the Mexico pavilion, this open-air marketplace features piñatas, baskets, ceramics, snacks, sombreros, and other souvenirs. It’s a super fun area to walk through and offers an air-conditioned respite from the heat on those days when the sun is blazing.
Plume et Palette
You’ll find this stylish shop in the France pavilion. It offers designer bags and fragrances from such French perfumeries as Le Tanneur, Dior, and Thierry Mugler.
Port of Entry
The twin store to Disney Traders, this one is located to the right if you are approaching from the front of the park. Port of Entry sells Pandora jewelry, Disney apparel, and other trip souvenirs.
SeaBase Gift Shop
When you exit the building for The Seas with Nemo and Friends, you’ll walk through this charming little shop. If you love Nemo, Marlin, Dory, and their fishy friends, there is plenty of merchandise here for you! There are also some other aquatic-themed apparel and toys.
Souvenirs de France
This shop is the exit point from “Impressions de France.” It features a variety of little stands with items like hats, Minnie Ears, Aristocats themed apparel, and other French-themed items. This one is also referred to as Galerie des Halles.
Sportsman’s Shoppe
As the name indicates, you can find a lot of United Kingdom clothing based on their football teams. The shop also features Doctor Who and Monty Python attire and memorabilia.
Stein Haus
If you like big, impressive beer steins, this store in the Germany pavilion has you covered. They have some wholly unique ones that are so singular, you may not actually want to drink from them. The shop also sells t-shirts, many of them with beer themes.
The Tea Caddy
Naturally, this one is located at the United Kingdom pavilion. Tea lovers can get all kinds of Twinings tea flavors as well as teapots, teacups and other accessories. There are also cookies and biscuits (the British kind) and royal memorabilia.
The Test Track Gear Shop
As you can probably guess, this shop is at the exit from Test Track. Visitors can purchase Test Track souvenirs and General Motors merchandise, such as toy cars, caps, pins, and other gear for car lovers.
The Toy Soldier
This shop is all about British pop culture and leans heavily into Winnie the Pooh merchandise, along with other UK characters like Peter Pan and Mary Poppins. You can also find items representing such characters as Danger Mouse, Paddington, Doctor Who, and the royal Corgi.
Trading Post
Connected to Northwest Mercantile, this store offers hand-carved gifts and Canadian maple syrup.
Treasures of Xandar
Operated by The Broker, a Xandarian who has gathered treasures from all across the universe, this store is located at the exit from Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It has all kinds of Marvel fashions and toys. If you love Groot – and why wouldn’t you? – you will be VERY happy in this store.
Village Traders
You’ll encounter this open-air marketplace as you walk through World Showcase, located between the China and Germany pavilions. These kiosks sell African-themed musical instruments, soapstone sculptures, hats, and wood carvings.
Volkskunst
This Germany pavilion shop features Steiff toys (aka the BEST Teddy Bears), cuckoo clocks, Snow White items, and Christmas ornaments and decorations.
