Howdy folks, and welcome to Roundup Rodeo BBQ! Located right inside of Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this fabulous Table Service restaurant will have you feeling just like an “honorary toy,” dining in style amidst Andy’s incredible rodeo playset. And, if you thought Toy Story Land itself was fun, just wait until you see this restaurant!
All throughout the Toy Story-themed location, you’ll spot favorite characters and classic toys, all connected to make the most incredible rodeo getup you ever did see. With giant statues and spectacular details from floor to ceiling, everything will make you feel as big as a toy… but in the best way.
Walking through this haven of color, you’ll be amazed by the level of detail this entire restaurant has to offer. There’s so many Hidden Mickeys and other fun Easter Eggs to spot, meaning guests will never be bored of things to look at, no matter where they’re sat in the restaurant. Even the plates here have been specially designed to resemble paper plates, despite being made of ceramic, and what more would you expect from Andy’s back yard?
If you’re expecting a chill garden barbecue here, you’re in the wrong place. Yes, the food is classic, but now you’re the size of a toy, anything could happen! With interruptions such as Andy coming (be quiet, everyone!) and other surprises throughout your meal, you can expect this to be a unique dining experience especially designed for Toy Story fans.
When Roundup Rodeo BBQ opened in 2023, the MickeyBlog / MickeyTravels team were thrilled to be the very first party to dine at this fantastic restaurant. If you feel like heading to the rodeo yourselves, keep reading to learn more about what to expect!
Menu
Roundup Rodeo BBQ offers a set menu for lunch and dinner that’s served “All You Care to Enjoy” family-style, so I hope you’re hungry. There’ll be a range of barbecue sauces already on your table when you sit down, so you’re all set for the best BBQ feast in town! Read on to learn what each party gets for the set price they pay…
You’ll start your rodeo adventure with the restaurant’s signature bread service of Homemade Cheddar Biscuits, served with a sweet pepper jelly. Then comes the greens, with all parties allowed a hearty serving of all three Tomato, Watermelon, and Romaine and Kale salads to enjoy!
The main event at Roundup is, of course, the barbeque. Each table will choose a platter of incredible, mouth-watering delights, selecting from either the meat or plant-based options. First, the meat-eater option is full of all the house-smoked items of your barbecue dreams! Smoked ribs, beef brisket, sausage, and chicken… all cooked to perfection. “Trixie’s Plant-Based Trio” is the option to go for if you’re veggie or vegan, with a plant-based bratwurst, rib dish, and cauliflower roast all to enjoy.
When it comes to sides, each table can select four options to enjoy from a long list of classics. Think slaw, beans, corn on the cob, mac & cheese… all the good stuff! If you’re a fan of the “Totchos” tater tots from the Woody’s Lunch Box café, you’ll certainly appreciate “The Married Spuds” menu option of loaded potato barrels – and yes, that is a niche Toy Story joke hidden in that name!
Finally, if you still have room, we get to desserts. Each guest is permitted to choose one dish from a tasty selection of summertime flavors of cheesecake and pie, oh my! An especially cute option here is the Cupcake a la Forky, which features our favorite anxious Toy Story character in a bed of gooey chocolate cake. Delicious!
To Drink
Don’t worry y’all, there’s plenty of drinks here to wash down all that tasty BBQ!
As well as the standard fare of fountain beverages, there’s plenty of iced teas available here, as well as a large selection of beers and wine. However, it’s the specialty cocktails here that really stand out, with an exciting range of shakes, punches and lemonades, all spiked with “grown up” flavors to really offer a kick to boost your meal!
Kid-Friendly Options
Kids are certain to have the best time at Roundup Rodeo BBQ, with everything from the lively atmosphere to the intricate, toy-inspired décor sure to appeal to younger diners!
As the menu here is served family-style, there aren’t separate, kid-specific options here per se. However, we did want to touch upon the adorable selection of “Lil’ Rider Refreshments,” which are a range of fun, kid-friendly mocktails that are sure to make mini diners smile. One example would be the “Partysaurus Tex,” which blends lemonade with strawberry puree, garnished with gummy candy.
Special Dietary Requirements
Those with special dietary requirements and restrictions will be glad to hear that Roundup Rodeo BBQ is completely accommodating with their menu. We’ve already touched on the plant-based menu options above, which extend to a range of vegetarian or vegan-friendly sides and desserts, too.
If you have allergies or other restrictions, be sure to mention it to your server upon entering the restaurant. As per the menu, all the entrees, salads, and most of the desserts and sides can be adapted to suit different needs, you just need to ask beforehand. After all, everyone’s welcome here in Andy’s back yard!

- Roundup Rodeo BBQ is still one of the newer restaurants at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so we’d always recommend securing an Advance Dining Reservation to ensure you don’t miss out on the fun!
- It may be worth mentioning that the level of immersion in this brightly-colored and lively restaurant may be overstimulating to some. If you have specific concerns, we’d recommend speaking to a Cast Member, or checking out the videos and information available online prior to your visit.
